Assistant Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Senior Executive
Responsible in overall HR functions related to Recruitment. The incumbent should have end-to-end process knowledge and work experience in recruitment. In addition, the incumbent is also required to adhere strictly to the manpower plan by the company.
Job Description
1) Recruitment & Selection
2) Manpower Headcount Management -Manage headcount requisition and approval.
Ensure all requisition of manpower are budgeted.
3) Employee On boarding - Plan, coordinate and arrange Hospital General Orientation
for new joiners, existing employees, and outsource employees.
4) Job Description Management
5) Expatriate management on renewing expatriate’s visa and working permit including
arrangement for advertisement as required by immigration.
6) Assist HRM to create policies and procedure pertaining to job function.
7) Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the HRM or management
from time to time.
Requirement
• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher, Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
