- Min Degree in Technology management, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years’ managerial experience in healthcare and support of health information
system.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.) are a plus
• Experience with IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cybersecurity, networking and
systems administration, databases and cloud technologies
• Experience with IT Governance, Risk and Compliance & IT Policy, services performance
metrics.
• Hands-on experience with IT budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with non-
technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
