Your consultant or the clinic staff would have made the necessary reservations for your admission and guided you to the Office for your pre-admission registration and financial counseling so that you understand how the payment process works and what you can expect to pay.

Admission

Any medical card or letter of guarantee (GL) from your insurance company or employer (only applicable for companies that have credit arrangements with the hospital)

A 60 – 90 minutes of processing time is required for GL application should you wish to utilize your insurance medical card.

The room and board type shall be allocated in accordance to your medical benefit as advised by your insurance company or employer. Please take note that additional charges shall be imposed should you choose to upgrade your room and board type beyond the medical coverage.

An Admission Pack consisting of basic toiletries (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and face towel) will be provided upon admission.

There is a drawer for you to safe-keep your belongings. However, in the interest of safety, you are advised not to bring valuable items such as large sums of money, jewellery, or other valuables during your hospital stay. The hospital will not be held responsible for the loss of any items.
 

You shall receive complimentary meals which are served in accordance with the instructions from the Physician and Dietitian to suit your medical condition. Please keep us informed if you are a vegetarian.

Mealtimes are:

Breakfast - 08:00am – 09:00am
Lunch - 12:00pm – 01:00pm
Tea Break - 03:00pm – 04:00pm
Dinner – 06:00pm – 07:00pm
 

Discharge

Once your doctor deems you are fit and medically able, you are free to discharge. It will take approximately two (2) hours to process your bills and prescriptions. Once the bill is ready, our staff will inform you and a discharge slip will be issued.
 

In the event you are being discharged on a Sunday or Public Holiday, the processing time may be delayed if you are using insurance. We reserve the right to collect a reasonable sum should you wish to return home before we secure a final GL from your insurer. The refunds (if any) will be processed within seven (7) working day.

Additional charges will be imposed for discharge patients who stay in the ward for more than one (1) hour after the issuance of the discharge slip. You are advised to be transferred to the Patient Lounge while waiting for relative to pick you up.

To ensure your safety and comfort, visitors are advised to observe the following visiting hours.

10am to 2pm & 5pm to 9pm
ICU
Monday - Sunday
12pm to 2pm & 6pm to 8pm

No Smoking & Vaping

Our hospital observes a strict “NO SMOKING” code of practice within our premises, followed by the Ministry of Health Regulations. Patients and visitors are strictly prohibited from smoking and vaping on hospital grounds.

Overnight Stay

Overnight lodgers (1 companion/patient) will be allowed for single-room patients only
