Dato’ Amir Firdaus Abdullah

With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Dato’ Amir is a distinguished leader in hospital administration. His most recent role as the head of VPS Healthcare, a prominent multinational healthcare entity, underscored his adeptness in overseeing 125 medical centres and 23 hospitals across the Middle East, India, and Europe.

Prior to this, Dato’ Amir held pivotal positions including COO and VP at DaVita Kidney Care (South East Asia), Group COO at Pantai Holdings, and Regional CEO at Gleneagles Hospitals. Notably, he served as Director at Parkway Pantai Hospitals and CEO of Pantai Hospital, solidifying his reputation as an accomplished executive in the healthcare industry.

In 2019, Dato’ Amir embarked on a new venture, founding Aurelius Healthcare. This innovative initiative aims to establish a specialized healthcare platform, focusing on core tertiary private healthcare services. Central to its mission is the transformation of healthcare delivery, prioritising equity for both patients and healthcare professionals.
