Dr. Azizah Binti Rusly

I had a wonderful experience delivering my first baby under the care of Dr Azizah. I started my check-ups with her around 9 weeks of pregnancy, and throughout the journey, she was professional, compassionate, and always made sure I was comfortable and well-informed. Dr Wael, the anesthetist, and Dr Fadzlina, the paediatrician, were also highly professional and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease. I must give a huge shoutout to the nursing team --- Nurse Norazlin, Neemaladevi, Marziah, and Siti --- for being incredibly supportive and attentive. Especially Nurse Norazlin and Nurse Neemaladevi, who assisted Dr Azizah during my delivery. They were gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly. Nurse Norazlin was such a comforting presence during my delivery hours, full of gentleness and sincerity. There's just something about her calm and caring nature that makes everything feel lighter and easier. Nurse Neemaladevi, on the other hand, had such a warm, motherly touch that instantly made me feel safe and cared for. Another special mention to Nurse Marziah, who cared for my baby after delivery. I could see how dedicated and loving she was, she was very gentle with my baby and even shared valuable motherhood tips, which I truly appreciated as a first-time mom. I booked the Luxternity package and I was upgraded to a Signature Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern technology. Thank you to Dr Azizah and all the amazing nurses for making my delivery such a smooth, and memorable experience. I felt surrounded by so much love, patience, and compassion during my delivery and I'm deeply grateful.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Azizah, midwives and nurses. Dr. Azizah's expertise and unwavering support from midwives and nurses during the delivery calmed me down. The nurses' and midwives' tender care and boundless love for my baby after birth were like a warm blanket of reassurance for both of us. Their gentle touch, kind words, and endless patience made those precious moments with my little angel. I am forever grateful to the midwives especially kak nani, kak siti fatimah and other nurses for their exceptional care and for making our journey into parenthood so incredibly beautiful. They will always hold a special place in our hearts. They really deserve a big token of appreciation. Also, thank you for the gifts, we really appreciate it.

My name is Najwa and I stayed in Level 2, Room 208A of the ward. I was treated by Dr. Azizah, and I would like to sincerely thank her for the wonderful care I received. She was extremely kind, approachable, and friendly throughout my stay.
