At KPJ Healthcare, he managed key medical, quality, and risk functions, working closely with consultants, management, and regulators to strengthen governance and patient safety. As co-founder of Salam Clinics, he showcased his entrepreneurial drive, overseeing operations, financial growth, and patient engagement. Earlier, he successfully led Hospital Jempol to secure ISO 9001:2015 and MSQH accreditation in a single audit cycle.

His frontline experience includes serving in Malaysia’s first private COVID-19 quarantine centre and clinical roles at Hospital Melaka and Hospital Putrajaya. Certified in Good Clinical Practice, Data Security, Research Practice, and Internal Auditing, he blends technical expertise with strategic insight.
