Prof. Michael Kerin Morgan AO

Prof. Michael Kerin Morgan AO is an internationally renowned neurosurgeon, academic leader, and educator who serves as a Consultant (Advisory Role) for Aurelius Healthcare, providing specialised healthcare consultancy and cross-border advisory services, particularly in the planning and development of a comprehensive neuroscience programme.

An Emeritus Professor at Macquarie University, Australia, Prof. Morgan previously served as the Inaugural Dean of the Australian School of Advanced Medicine and Vice President of Health and Medical Development, playing a key role in establishing the Macquarie University Health campus. 

A leading expert in cerebrovascular neurosurgery, he managed more than 4,000 intracranial aneurysm cases and 800 brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) during his clinical career and has authored over 200 scientific publications. 

He was awarded the Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in recognition of his distinguished contributions to medicine, research, and medical education.
