Job Description:
• Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control, and execution are performing to the required standard and within the time-cost budget.
• Oversee the project’s hospital operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.
• Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress of the projects.
• Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants/architects, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
• Providing advice and analysis on pre-construction feasibility studies, budgeting, and other related to construction management to the Company.
• Conduct sites inspection on a regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
• Lead the preparation of construction planning, cost control, and sequencing of works.
• Manage and direct project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in preparation for MSQH accreditation surveys.
• Ensure the hospital’s physical environment and facility management practices comply with MSQH Facility Management and Safety standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering / Building Tech, C&S, M&E or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Technical knowledge in project and hospital operation.
• Good in preparing CAPEX/OPEX for departmental and budgeting for project.
