Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, periodic health assessments, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage work-related illnesses, injuries, and occupational diseases.
- Provide expert guidance on workplace ergonomics, noise exposure, vibration, and other occupational hazards.
- Develop and implement surveillance programs to monitor and track occupational health risks and trends among employees including exposure monitoring, medical surveillance and health outcome assessments.
- Collaborate with employers to develop and implement workplace health programs.
Requirements:
- Medical degree and recognized qualification in Occupational Health.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, ergonomics, and industrial health risks.
